Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order?
All orders received before 2:00pm (GMT) are dispatched the same day from our UK warehouse.
Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free standard shipping for all order over £30.
£4.50 for Standard Delivery (1-3 days)*
£5.95 for Next Day Delivery (Order before 2:00pm for next working day delivery)*
*Order before 2pm on Thursday to receive your order on Friday. We do not ship on weekends.
Do you offer International shipping (outside of the UK)?
Yes we do! Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. Currently we ship globally but please email email@example.com for any shipping query you may have.
*Domestic deliveries take place between 8am - 6pm. Bank holidays and weekends are excluded from delivery time.
Please note that delivery may take a little longer to these areas: The Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: AB, BT, DD, EH, GY, JE, FK, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, TR, ZE.
Packages undeliverable by our courier and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our UK warehouse.
We are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our courier to the local courier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If used a refund is only processed in the event of a manufacturer fault.
A breast pump is an intimate product so can not be refunded if used (such as earrings or underwear).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Eg. An item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Shipping of returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to claim a refund. When the request for a refund has been approved our customer representative will provide information on how to return your order.
Once your returned order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
